Our Background
Shelina worked within the retail sector for over twenty five years, which is where she honed her skills and attention to detail when it came to working with customers and ensuring only the very best service. “My skills in customer service and a keen eye for the finer details matched perfectly with my love of interior design, so it felt as though the hospitality industry would be the ideal choice for me.” Says Shelina.
“This business has really enabled me the freedom and opportunity to put into practice my real passions, which is why I put so much time and thought into the design and interior of each and everyone of the properties that we let out to customers.”
Our Properties
“Initially we began with just the single property in Peterborough, but as the positive reviews and good comments continued, this gave me the confidence to grow the business, and we now let seven luxury properties around Peterborough.” Says Shelina.
Our properties are all ideal for both short and long-term stays in the following scenarios:
Corporate stays - for those working in the area for an open-ended period.
Contractor stays - for contractors on location in and around the area.
Renovation - when homes are in the process of renovations or building work.
Relocation – for someone moving to a new area for work or personal reasons.
Leisure stays - for comfortable stays with family and friends.
Many of our customers that stay with us often do so as an alternative to AirBnB and hotels, which are often far more expensive and offer very little flexibility when compared to what we’re able to offer.
In fact, we often have guests extend their stay with us while still staying in the property, many of whom choose to book longer term stays with us too.
All of our properties are just a short car journey and/or a short walk away from the local points of interest and the city centre and each offers fantastic amenities, that you don’t regularly find anywhere else, such as:
Tea, coffee and biscuits.
Soap and shampoo.
Iron.
Hair dryer.
Unlimited WiFi.
Smart TV with Netflix.
Each property has modern and fully equipped kitchen facilities, a large open plan living space, dining area, and six of our apartments are situated in the same location and have secure, gated off-road parking.

The book “Embracing Me” which Shelina co-authored launched in March 2023, where Shelina shares her journey and the obstacles that face female entrepreneurs.
